Cary-based gaming company Icarus Studios Inc. has raised more than $8.1 million, according to a regulatory filing.The company is a provider of multi-player online games, virtual worlds and serious games. Its main product, Fallen Earth, a post-apocalyptic game set in the Grand Canyon in 2156, mixes first-person shooter-style action with role-playing game design.
